About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and explain general insurance products.
- Recommend suitable coverage options tailored to customer needs.
- Generate leads.
- Conduct consultations.
- Prepare quotations.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve sales targets.
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Build long-term relationships.
- Contribute to overall business growth in the Kolkata region.
