About the Role
Kretha Sphere Advisors LLP is seeking a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in tax advisory assignments
- Assisting in M&A Advisory
- Assisting in corporate restructuring processes
- Assisting in Virtual CFO services
- Conducting detailed regulatory compliance work
- Assisting in financial and business analysis
- Preparing financial reports
- Conducting research to support the decision-making process
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to ongoing projects
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic Knowledge of Tax laws
- Ability to analyze data points, information and present it in a form which adds value to the overall projects
- Strong attention to detail for preparing financial reports and auditing tasks
- Proficiency in research and analysis to interpret complex tax and regulatory frameworks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency in the use of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude in the finance domain and have a knack to leverage these tools for tax and financial advisory
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional environment
Qualifications
- Should have completed both groups of Inter CA
- Should have completed the IT and soft skill training of the ICAI
