Founder's Office Intern

About the Role

The Founder's Office Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports. The intern will support day-to-day operations such as coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, documenting key decisions, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Responsibilities may also include assisting with community initiatives, creator and brand outreach, and basic data analysis to support growth experiments and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Support day-to-day operations by coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and documenting key decisions.
• Ensure follow-up on action items.
• Assist with community initiatives.
• Assist with creator and brand outreach.
• Perform basic data analysis to support growth experiments and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and concise documentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, coordinate meetings, and track project milestones.
• Comfort with basic business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new software.
• Interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, startups, and community-building, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous internship or project experience in startups, marketing, strategy, or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
