Role Description

Full-time, on-site role responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual communication across various mediums, including print, digital, and audio-visual platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand the creative client brief.
• Brainstorm with a copywriter to create innovative, ground-breaking concepts for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television that strategically deliver within the confines of the client's brief.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients.
• Interact with, present to, and explain creative concepts both internally and to clients as required at all levels.
• Provide concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed.
• Keep up to date with popular culture and awareness about events around the globe.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Qualifications

• Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Values craft (in words, design, or strategy).
• Cares about impact, not just output.
• Enjoys working independently and collaborating with self-driven people.
• Enjoys helping build brands, ideas, and campaigns from the ground up.
• Listens well, adapts fast, and doesn't mind rewriting the brief.
• Excited by problem-solving.
