About the Role
Beyond Mentor is seeking passionate School Career Counselling Interns for Delhi CM Shri Schools. This internship offers hands-on experience in student counselling, career guidance, and career awareness, aiming to develop practical skills and impact students' academic and career journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions to understand students' needs, interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on academic streams, subject choices, and career pathways, including relevant higher education and career opportunities.
- Conduct career awareness workshops and interactive sessions to introduce students to diverse career options, courses, entrance pathways, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain counselling records and coordinate with school staff for effective planning, implementation, and follow-up of career counselling activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
- Interest in career counselling and working with students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students.
- Ability to work independently and manage counselling sessions effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and a student-focused approach.
