About the Role
Policybazaar is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policybazaar, engage with global customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation required.
Salary
- 3 - 4 LPA + incentives.
Interview Details
- Interview Mode: Face to Face only (No virtual rounds)
- Working Days: 6 days working with roster off
