The Work
- Listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent.
- Rate each agent turn on:
- What it said.
- How it sounded.
- Provide a short written justification for each rating.
What We're Looking For
- A good ear for American English, noticing vocal nuances.
- Real listening comprehension for fast, casual, and overlapping speech.
- Ability to form and defend opinions with specific written justifications.
- Original writing; AI-generated justifications will be rejected.
- The ability to critically evaluate and identify issues in agent performance.
Terms
- Pay: 25,000/month, depending on output.
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract.
- Commitment: 8 hours a day.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training is provided.
- Location: Fully remote.
