Key Responsibilities

• Assist in editing and crafting video content for YouTube, including editing footage, adding transitions, and ensuring visual and audio quality.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, including basic cutting, sequencing, transitions, captions, audio editing, and exporting.
• Collaborate with senior editors and content creators to learn industry-standard editing techniques and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content and channel growth.
• Support the creation of on-screen graphics, lower thirds, and visual elements to enhance the overall viewing experience.
• Work on short-form content such as YouTube Shorts, Reels, snippets, and highlights to improve engagement and reach.
• Learn to analyze video performance metrics and assist in optimizing content based on audience feedback and analytics.
• Help manage and organize project files, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration among team members.
• Explore and learn AI-powered video editing tools and workflows to improve editing efficiency and content quality.
