About the Role
The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of EDXSO’s educational solutions to partner schools. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in the implementation of projects.
- Maintain operational documentation and reports.
- Track project timelines.
- Follow up on action items.
- Contribute to process improvements across functions such as evaluation, advisory, and consulting.
- Support sales operations.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
- Handle basic data analysis and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, interact with school stakeholders, and present information clearly.
- Foundational Sales skills to assist with sales operations, lead tracking, and client follow-ups.
- Operations Management skills to support daily workflows, coordinate tasks, and help maintain process efficiency.
- Basic Project Management skills to assist in planning, tracking milestones, and supporting the delivery of projects on time.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured environment.
- Interest in the education sector.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree program in business, education, or a related field is preferred.
