About the Role

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration. No prior recruiting experience is required; we are looking for someone with a great personality, strong people skills, confidence using computers, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Identify and source great candidates for our healthcare team.
• Review applications and coordinate interviews.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring goals.
