About the Role
- Summer internship program at Selective Insurance's regional office in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
- Worker’s Compensation:
- Shadow and work with adjusters to perform administrative duties, including issuing payments and completing administrative tasks.
- Participate in special projects, such as continuous improvement strategies.
- Customer Experience:
- Support Claims professionals with large account management.
- Assist in automating the department’s weekly scorecard, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to various teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Qualifications
- Must be a current college student.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ideal candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level.
- College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.
Pay Range
- USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
