About the Role
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Agent (Level 1) to join our Experimental Systems Group (ESG) in Seal Beach, California.
Position Responsibilities
- Obtains proposals, evaluates sources, monitors and reports supplier performance
- Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements to comply with company procedures and federal acquisition requirements
- Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- Experience using all of the following Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience applying proper writing mechanics, grammar, and punctuation to reports, essays, or other detailed writings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization (preferred)
- Typically related work experience or relevant military experience.

- Location: Seal Beach, California (100% onsite)
- Shift: 1st shift
- Security Clearance: Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post Start is required.
- Export Control: Requires U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Travel: May require travel up to 15% of the time.
- Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Pay Range: $62,900 - $77,700
