You will connect customer and market needs with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, translating knowledge into product decisions and commercial results. This role is designed for a contribution-motivated professional who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. Deep burn-in product expertise is not required on day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap: Develop and execute the product-line strategy, annual plan, and roadmap using customer, market, technology, and financial insights.
  • Customer and market insight: Learn how customers use burn-in sockets and H-Pin technology, identify unmet needs, monitor competitors, and translate findings into priorities.
  • Commercial ownership: Support growth and profitability through pricing, margin review, forecasting, product positioning, and informed trade-off decisions.
  • New product development: Partner with Engineering and customers to define requirements, assess opportunities, build business cases, establish target price and cost, and support product launches.
  • Lifecycle management: Guide products from concept and launch through growth, maturity, and end of life, with thoughtful replacement planning.
  • Go-to-market execution: Create clear value propositions, support sales tools and technical content, train commercial teams, and participate in customer meetings and industry events.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Lead through influence across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Quality, FAEs, and Customer Service.
  • Pricing and systems: Help maintain accurate pricing, quoting, product, and customer information in tools such as Salesforce, ERP, and Excel.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify ways to simplify work, improve customer experience, reduce cost, and strengthen product-team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, Marketing, or another related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience gained through employment, internships, co-op assignments, academic projects, research, technical sales, applications engineering, product management, pricing, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial information and explain it clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience using data to evaluate options, solve problems, or make recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn CRM, ERP, and product-management systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, test, reliability, connectors, interconnects, electronics, or another technical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with product management, product marketing, applications engineering, technical sales, pricing, financial analysis, or P&L drivers.
  • Familiarity with burn-in or HTOL, test sockets, contact technologies, IC packaging, thermal management, or high-power devices.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, an ERP platform such as Glovia, Power BI, project-management tools, or 3D CAD viewers.
  • Demonstrated leadership through a student organization, project team, internship, co-op, volunteer role, or cross-functional business assignment.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid or remote work arrangement, based on business needs and the final work location.
  • Up to 35% domestic and international travel.
  • Occasional handling of product samples or equipment; appropriate lifting support is provided where applicable.
  • Fluent written and verbal English; additional language skills relevant to global markets are helpful.
