About the Role
As a Stock Associate at Nespresso, you will be part of a dynamic team, driving multiple facets of the business from back-of-house to the sales floor. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers find their favorite coffees and products in the retail boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments.
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
- Support merchandising and product transfers.
- Maintain stockroom organization for easy product location by the sales team.
- Replenish merchandise within the boutique.
- Assist the sales floor as needed.
- Participate in maintaining a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness.
- Demonstrate loss prevention efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Patient for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders.

Compensation
