Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
- Two-Way Cab Facility
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year customer support experience is needed for BE and BTECH graduates to be eligible.
- BE, B.Tech, and PG graduates are not eligible if they are freshers.
- Candidates with international voice/customer support experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.
