About the Role
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Womens Care Washington at ECU Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patient specimens as required for laboratory testing.
- Perform laboratory tests and monitor test results to assure test quality and validity.
- Communicate results in a timely manner, especially those that may be life threatening to the patient.
- Maintain properly documented records of activities.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School plus 2 years or more of formal training/education or higher (Specify: Medical Laboratory Technician).
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of experience is required.
Pay Range: $22.42 - $32.68 (hourly)
Hours: 32 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm), One day offer per week, rotational schedule
