About the Role

As a Physics Teacher at OTP Leasing Slovenija, you will impart physics content understandably and practically in a digital learning environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position, allowing for location-independent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and structure lessons.
• Create teaching materials.
• Conduct online classes and provide learning support.
• Promote understanding of physics and related mathematical foundations.
• Assess learning progress and adapt methods to individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the further development of didactic concepts and digital learning offers.

Qualifications

• Physics Expertise: Solid knowledge in Physics and ideally in Physics Didactics or Physics Education.
• Teaching and Didactics: Experience in teaching, conveying complex content, and applying modern teaching and learning methods.
• Mathematics and Learning Planning: Confident handling of mathematical foundations and competence in lesson planning.
• Pedagogical Skills: Strong teaching skills, empathy when dealing with learners, ability to motivate, and provide constructive feedback.
• Additional Qualifications: Completed relevant higher education degree (e.g., Physics, Teaching), didactic training, very good digital skills, structured way of working, strong communication skills, and high self-organization in a remote setup.
