About the Role
The E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist role at Velaroofficial.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end e-commerce supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end e-commerce supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory planning, and stock replenishment across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Monitor order flow and delivery performance.
- Resolve logistics and fulfillment issues.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track stock movement.
- Analyze demand and sales trends.
- Update systems to reflect accurate inventory status.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Document standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, merchandising, and customer support teams to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.
- Experience with OMS/WMS or ERP tools is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills.
- Strong Inventory Management skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, fashion or retail supply chains is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
