About the Role
Explore Weekend Private Limited is a Kochi-based travel company seeking a Travel Consultant. The role involves managing customer enquiries, understanding their needs, and closing bookings to ensure complete, hassle-free holidays for various groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries, replying within minutes.
- Understand traveller details including dates, group size, budget, and expectations.
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes using costing sheets.
- Follow up on all open quotes until a decision is made.
- Confirm bookings and collect advances.
- Hand over complete files to operations.
- Keep all leads updated in the CRM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CRM
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers welcome).
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone.
- Detail-oriented and careful with numbers.
- Willing to work weekends with a rostered weekday off.
- Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
Location
- Kochi, Kerala (work from office, 6 days a week)
