About the Role
The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru at PRET INTERPRET CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED. The trainee will support day-to-day operations across various functions and gain exposure to the end-to-end textiles value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across functions such as production, quality control, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Track orders and timelines.
- Prepare simple reports.
- Assist in process documentation.
- Learn standard operating procedures.
- Observe workflow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members at various levels.
- Attend training sessions.
- Gradually take on more responsibility.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to textile and clothing operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation tools).
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow established processes and safety guidelines.
- Interest in building a career in the textiles or clothing industry.
- Readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in textiles, fashion, business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
