About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support property owners, tenants, and buyers throughout their journey on the NoBroker.com platform.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable property options or services.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end process.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Update customer records.
• Address queries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet performance goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English and local languages communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and manage conversations over phone and digital channels.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship or experience in sales, customer support, or real estate is an added advantage but not mandatory.
