About the Role

BrightCHAMPS is seeking an Academic Counsellor for a full-time remote role, focusing on the US International Market. The role involves providing academic support and guidance to students, helping them set educational and career goals, and developing plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one student counseling sessions.
• Offer academic advising.
• Support students in their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to enhance the student learning journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Background in Education with a clear understanding of learning methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in guiding and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career objectives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
