HIGHTABLE
About Hightable
Hightable is a global, invite-only community of founders, CXOs, and industry experts. It helps startups with Money, Mentor, Market: fundraising support, expert mentorship, go-to-market strategy, global expansion, talent, and events such as mixers and conferences.
About the Role
You will work directly with the Founder across strategic partnerships, growth, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership, target-driven role: you will bring in new clients and members, close event partnerships, and keep the Founder’s office running smoothly.
Monthly Targets
- New client acquisition meetings - 15
- New memberships closed - 3
- Event partnerships closed - 3
Progress against these targets is reviewed every week and month.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and approach investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem partners through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Find and close sponsors, venue, community, and ecosystem partners for Hightable events (target: 3 per month).
Growth
- Book meetings with new startups and founders (target: 15 per month).
- Convert prospects into Hightable members and support their onboarding (target: 3 per month).
- Build and maintain target lists, track every lead in a CRM or sheet, and follow up until closure.
- Support community engagement, social media, and content for growth.
Operations
- Coordinate the Founder’s schedule, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
- Prepare meeting briefs, decks, proposals, and partner documents.
- Handle logistics and coordination for mixers and events: invites, attendee lists, vendors, and on-ground support.
- Keep member, partner, and lead data organised and up to date.
- Share a weekly report covering outreach, meetings booked, memberships, partnerships, and operational updates.
- Research startups, investors, and competitors, and surface opportunities for the Founder.
Who We Are Looking For
- A dedicated, focused, and self-driven person who finishes what they start.
- Strong written and spoken English, and comfortable reaching out to senior people.
- Good research, follow-up, and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with rejection and with working to numbers: persistent but professional.
- Able to juggle partnerships, growth, and operations at once.
- Students, recent graduates, or anyone in a BBA, MBA, or related program.
- Interest in startups, VC, networking, or business development.
- Basic comfort with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
- Good to have: prior internship or sales/outreach experience, event or community exposure, an active LinkedIn presence.
What You Will Gain
- Direct mentorship from the Founder.
- Exposure to founders, investors, and the startup ecosystem.
- Real experience across BD, growth, and operations.
- Certificate and recommendation on successful completion.
Commitment Expected
- This is a full-time, 6-month commitment.
- You must be able to work from the office six days a week for the full duration, take ownership of your monthly targets, and be reliable and responsive.
