French Language Specialist – Customer Support
About the Role
Transcom, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is looking for French Language Specialists to join our Customer Support team in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in French via calls, emails, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high quality standards
- Document interactions accurately and escalate issues when required
- Deliver a consistent, positive experience to every customer
Requirements & Tech Stack
- French C1 certification (DALF C1 or equivalent) – Mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts
Work Schedule
- US rotational shifts
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational week-offs
