About the Role
As a Delivery Senior Consultant, Configuration and Integration Solutions on the GPS ServiceNow team at Deloitte, you will design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support mission and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities.
- Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities.
- Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and maintain technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability.

Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements
- Hybrid Work Model: Requires residence within commutable distance to a US Delivery Center (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
- Co-location Expectation: Up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities.
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel.
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date.
