About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This position is fully on-site; applicants must live in or near Houston, TX. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders effectively and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in the system for future reference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
