About the Role

Join GAO Tek Inc. as a People Operations Intern and get real, hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations at a global tech company. You’ll work alongside international teams, build practical HR skills, and help support our worldwide growth by strengthening talent pipelines, all in a professional, fully remote setting.

Eligibility: Candidates from the US, UK, or Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding for new hires
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and internal documentation
• Help run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach
• Eager to learn and able to work independently in a remote environment
