About the Role
Home Instead - Klipsch Senior Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers in Bloomington, Indiana. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules. No prior caregiving experience is needed, as paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility and walking
- Providing medication and appointment reminders
- Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments
- Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or receiving hospice care
- Communicating important updates to the Home Instead office team
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and assist clients with everyday activities
Qualifications

- Able to communicate clearly and professionally

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
