About the Role

The Virtual Client Representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, introducing the organization's services and guiding clients toward suitable financial solutions. This role is pivotal in establishing client relationships and facilitating the next steps in their financial planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound communications including calls, emails, and messages to potential clients
• Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and goals
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend appropriate next steps
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with specialized team members
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Confident and friendly communicator comfortable in client-facing roles
• Organized and able to work effectively from a home environment
• Strong listening and follow-up skills with a people-first approach

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles is advantageous
