Healthcare Specialist

About the Role

The Healthcare Specialist role at GENFYY Services LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Healthcare Specialist will support healthcare-related operations, applying medical knowledge to review and interpret health information, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in healthcare compliance and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with finance and business teams to clarify medical details in documentation.
• Supporting healthcare-related training initiatives.
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are met in relevant projects.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing to process improvements that align healthcare practices with organizational goals.
• Working closely with management to provide insights that enhance service quality in healthcare-associated engagements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Healthcare and medical expertise, including knowledge of Medicine and practical Healthcare exposure.
• Emergency care and field-response capabilities, such as EMT skills and experience in urgent care environments.
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Training abilities to support health-related education, workshops, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ability to interpret medical terminology in business and financial contexts is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic digital tools and documentation software.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in healthcare, medicine, nursing, EMT, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, medical administration, or health compliance role is an advantage.
