About the Role

• MedBound Hub is a vibrant community of medical/healthcare students and professionals.
• This is a Full Time position, Work from Office (8 hours per day x 6 days a week) at our Jor Bagh, New Delhi office.
• Compensation: Commensurate with qualification and experience. For an entry-level candidate, minimum INR 25 K per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow MedBound’s digital community of healthcare students and professionals.
• Oversee online engagement across forums, social media channels, and other platforms.
• Moderate discussions and respond to member queries.
• Create and curate health-related content.
• Organize online events or initiatives to increase participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote internships, jobs, and volunteer opportunities.
• Monitor community metrics and implement strategies to improve member experience.
• Ensure communication remains respectful, inclusive, and aligned with MedBound’s mission and values.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and Writing skills
• Community Management and Social Media Marketing skills
• Project Management skills
• Comfort with digital tools, analytics, and content management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Graduation in medical or healthcare field or public health.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical education, or online community platforms is beneficial.
