Sales Marketing Executive

About the Role

UNIQ Designs is a premier interior design studio specializing in turnkey projects, custom furniture, and end-to-end design execution for residential and commercial spaces. Responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, presenting company services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to provide suitable interior design solutions.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
• Prepare and share project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with clients.
• Negotiate terms, address client concerns, and successfully close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Update and manage the sales pipeline, CRM records, and lead status on a regular basis.
• Track sales targets and provide periodic reports on lead conversions and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution after deal closure.
• Conduct market research.
• Support marketing activities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and showroom visits.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and visit client locations when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and close deals.
• Knowledge of market research and customer trends.
• Experience in sales or marketing is preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Candidates who are interested in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design Management, or a related field is preferred.
