The Work
- Listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent.
- Rate each agent turn on:
- What it said.
- How it sounded.
- Provide a short written justification in your own words for each rating.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A good ear for American English and the ability to notice subtle vocal anomalies.
- Strong listening comprehension to follow fast, casual, and overlapping speech.
- Ability to form and defend opinions with clear, specific written justifications.
- Original writing skills; AI-generated justifications will be rejected.
- Willingness to critically evaluate and label performance.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required.
Terms
- Pay: 25000/month, depending on output.
- Fixed Term Contract.
- Commitment: 8 hours a day.
- Fully remote.
- Training provided.
