Acquisation Intern

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across Fitspire. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place, where the intern will work within a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screening resumes.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining candidate databases.
• Assisting in employer branding activities.
• Supporting onboarding logistics.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements.

Qualifications

• Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and basic understanding of HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with MS Office tools, online job portals, and social media platforms used for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work on-site in Connaught Place, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
