About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support our E-commerce and Quick Commerce business across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor orders, inventory levels, and product availability across platforms.
- Assist with stock replenishment and order fulfilment coordination.
- Maintain sales reports, inventory trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and out-of-stock instances.
- Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Interest in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and business operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: 3–6 months
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
