About the Role
ATOP Consultants is seeking a UK Tax Trainer for a contractual, work-from-home position. The role involves training existing team members and fresher batches to independently handle production work for UK clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Train existing team members.
- Train new hires/fresher batches.
- Prepare trainees to independently handle production work for UK clients.
- If applicable (Option 2): Transition into a Reviewer role during the tax season (October to January) post-training.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have experience of working and training for UK Tax.
Qualifications

Option 1: Dedicated UK Tax Trainer

Responsible for training and preparing new hires/freshers for production readiness.

Engagement duration: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks (or as required).

Option 2: Trainer + Reviewer

Responsible for training and enabling production readiness.

Engagement duration: Training period plus tax season (October to January).
