Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

CTC: Up to 1.8 LPA - 3 LPA (Depends on interview)

About the Role

We are hiring Recruitment Executives to work on live client requirements across IT, Non-IT, Engineering and other industries. This is a target-oriented recruitment role involving extensive candidate sourcing, calling, screening, interview coordination and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client JDs and required candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, Foundit, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases and other channels.
• Conduct candidate calls and preliminary screening.
• Verify skills, experience, stability, location, current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
• Understand candidate motivation and genuine interest before submitting profiles.
• Share relevant and properly screened profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
• Support salary negotiation and offer discussions.
• Follow candidates from offer stage until successful joining.
• Reduce interview, offer and joining dropouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and regular updates.
• Work towards monthly successful joining and joining-CTC targets.
