About the Role
Zenve is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our team for our fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our fashion products/services.
- Convert leads into confirmed, paid sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/tracker regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
