About the Role

Pernia's Pop-Up Shop is a multi-brand luxury fashion platform that curates Indian designer brands for global markets, with a presence across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Follow-Up
• Track and follow up on all confirmed store orders from booking until final delivery.
• Ensure timely execution of orders as per committed delivery timelines.
• Maintain close coordination with the post-sales team for order updates and processing.
• SLA Monitoring
• Monitor orders against defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Proactively follow up on pending orders and highlight potential delays.
• Alteration & Trial Management
• Maintain the In-House Alteration Sheet and coordinate with the alteration team.
• Ensure alterations are completed before scheduled trials and deliveries.
• Customization & Quality Checks
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, customization, and alteration requirements.
• Conduct necessary quality checks before trials or delivery.
• Query Management
• Maintain and update the Query Sheet, including: pre-order queries, post-order queries, RTO (Return to Origin) queries.
• Ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams.
• Order Escalation Management
• Maintain Escalation Sheet for urgent or delayed orders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in Excel, reporting, and order tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with clients in-person.
• Experience handling front-end sales and order queries.
• Ability to work effectively with post-sales, stylists, production teams, and vendors.
• Good understanding of store production, customization, and alteration processes.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
