About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing daily shop-floor activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines.
• Assign tasks.
• Manage workforce allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Track production metrics.
• Update production plans.
• Maintain documentation.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
• Support training of production staff.
• Enforce safety protocols.
• Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Supervisory Skills: including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in managing Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet output and delivery targets.
• Production Management capabilities: including workflow optimization and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with operators, engineers, and management.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and manage shifts as required by production demands.

Qualifications

• A relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, ideally within automotive or electronics, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality management systems, and basic lean or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
