About the Role
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to support healthcare supply chain operations through data analysis, documentation management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile bill-only payment requests with clinical documentation.
- Support audit activities, documentation accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor consignment inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate product recalls and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor expiring inventory and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Analyze supply chain data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, bill-only, consignment, or recall management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, or Workday.
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management certification is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is preferred.
