About the Role

• This position is for the afternoon shift, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
• Shifts may change with store needs; flexibility is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizza, cookies, and other menu items specific to the location.
• Ensure deli coolers are stocked with fresh produce and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting food service environment.
• Deliver high-quality food promptly while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow cooking methods and standards provided by the Deli Manager.
• Adhere to schedules, stocking procedures, and operational practices.
• Meet performance goals and complete assigned duties efficiently.
• Responsible for proper food preparation, following kitchen safety techniques and health standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
