About the Role
The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program to cultivate future international leaders. This role is for a Management Trainee within this initiative, based in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Be trained in China for six weeks under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon program graduation, return to Washington, DC to serve as a sales manager.
- Leverage Group's resources to develop local business in Washington, DC.
- Potential to lead LESSO’s operations in Washington, DC and manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (Washington, DC), preferably holding a degree from a university in this area.
- Eagerness to learn, capable of mastering LESSO products in a short period.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
