The company offers a wide range of products, including Weighing Controllers, Weighing Scales, Weighing Automation Systems, Application Software Packages, and Load Cells. The Sales & Service Engineer will work in a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, commission, and service weighing instruments and automation systems.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for weighing instruments and automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure optimal performance of products.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements.
• Demonstrate products.
• Support sales activities.
• Prepare basic documentation such as service reports and technical notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback, product improvements, and customer follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills.
• Clear and professional Communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) is preferred.
• Experience with weighing systems, industrial automation, or similar technical equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to travel within and around Pune City for customer visits and service calls.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn, and capability to work independently and as part of a team.
