The company provides custom software, web, mobile app, e-commerce, and SaaS solutions, along with business automation, API integrations, and ongoing IT support. Teczo Softwares works as a long-term technology partner, supporting clients from initial development and launch through maintenance, optimization, and scaling.
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist Intern at Teczo Softwares, you will support lead generation, client outreach, and promotion of the company’s software and digital services. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mysore.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients.
- Conduct market research.
- Prepare sales presentations.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings.
- Contribute to digital marketing activities such as social media posts, campaign support, and basic content creation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and support positive client experiences.
- Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing opportunities for software and digital services.
- Interests or foundational skills in Training and Sales Management to support onboarding of new clients and organize sales activities.
- Basic understanding of software, web, or digital products; interest in the technology and IT services sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
