About the Role
The Quality and Operations Intern will support day-to-day activities across quality control, packing operations, and logistics at the Nashik facility. This internship role is on-site and involves assisting with inspection of incoming and outgoing fruit, monitoring grading and sorting processes, and helping document quality parameters. The intern will contribute to maintaining hygiene standards, checking packaging materials, and tracking inventory and dispatch records. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with warehouse staff, updating operational reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to fresh fruit export operations and practical experience in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inspection of incoming and outgoing fruit.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in quality control, operations management, or agribusiness, preferably with coursework or training in agriculture, food technology, supply chain, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, or food safety concepts; willingness to learn and apply standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
- Good observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to accurately record data related to grading, packaging, inventory, and dispatch.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with supervisors, warehouse teams, and other departments in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) for maintaining logs, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, adapt to a fast-paced operational setting, and follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Prior internship, project work, or practical exposure in agriculture, food processing, logistics, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
