About the Role
This is a Full-Time Floor Technician position within Environmental Services.
The shift is from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
A sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 is offered.
The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.84 / hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily project assignments.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of hard floor and carpets throughout the facility, consistent with organization standards.
- Strip and refinish floors.
- Dispose of bio-medical and hazardous waste as regulated.
- Deliver exceptional service to patients, guests, and others.
- This position is exposed to hazardous materials and a variety of infectious diseases.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.
Qualifications
- Floor care experience preferred.
- Previous environmental services experience desired.
