About the Role
Agent Services Coordinator supporting real estate agents for Build Idaho in the Treasure Valley. This role partners daily with the Team Leader & Founder to support agents and advance Build Idaho’s marketing, events, and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Promote agent listings
- Send monthly e-newsletter
- Manage monthly postcards
- Plan and coordinate two annual team events
- Keep business tracking system current
- Coordinate new-agent onboarding with the brokerage
- Reply to Google reviews
- Run Google Ads
- Provide temporary Agent Support & CRM coverage
