What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites.
• Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge.
• International travel may be required as clients operate globally.
• Expect to spend time working across a wide range of clients and projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport within six months of employment.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office.
• Expected to be in the office as directed.
• Accelerated path of personal and professional growth and development requires extended working hours at times.

Qualifications

• Hiring for Associate and Consultant positions.
• Associates typically have 0-4 years of full-time work experience.
• Consultants generally have 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD).
• Any degree programs (including part-time) must be completed before starting at BCG.

Compensation & Benefits

• Associate First Year Base Compensation: $120,000 USD (as of January 1, 2027)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
• Eligible for BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
