About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Westminster, MD. This program is designed for newly graduated Occupational Therapists to launch their careers with mentorship and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient treatment.
- Deliver 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Set a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited OT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Basic computer literacy.

- No prior in-home or home health experience required.

Base pay range for a Full-Time role in Maryland: $70,000 - $105,000 annually.
